About Us

MSBTE Navigator ("Service", "Platform", "We", "Us") is a proprietary product owned, operated, and maintained by Durvesh Developments, Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using MSBTE Navigator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

Don't upload copyrighted material you don't own the right to share. Don't post spam, abuse, or anything illegal under Indian law.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of what you upload, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host and serve it to other students.

Capstone Projects & Source Code Distribution

All digital products, capstone blueprints, source code repositories, and project kits distributed on MSBTE Navigator are proprietary assets developed and owned by Durvesh Developments. Purchase of any project grants a single-user educational license only. Full ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property remain exclusively with Durvesh Developments.

  • You may use the purchased source code solely for academic submission, project viva, and college evaluation.
  • You may NOT resell, sub-license, or redistribute this code to any third party.
  • You may NOT publish or push the source code to any public repository (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
  • You may NOT claim original software authorship or use the code for commercial products.

Violations constitute infringement under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and will result in license termination and potential legal action.

Each delivered source code package contains a personalized license certificate tied to your order ID and contact details.

Pro Plan

Pro subscriptions are billed via Razorpay on behalf of Durvesh Developments and governed by the refund policy linked in the footer.

Billing & Payments

All financial transactions on MSBTE Navigator are processed and billed by Durvesh Developments through Razorpay. The description on your payment receipt will read: "MSBTE Navigator — [Product/Service Name] (Single-User Educational License)" or "MSBTE Navigator Pro Subscription".

Termination

We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
